"You and your staff have been so understanding and patient.  I could not imagine the girls in a better place."
- A KenCrest parent

Most teachers and assistants have attained Bachelor or Associate degrees in Early Childhood Education or similar fields. The majority of assistant teachers have CDA (Child Development Associate) certificates. Our staff create exciting, developmentally appropriate and challenging learning environments for your child.

Professional Development

KenCrest teachers receive a minimum of 18 hours of training annually in the areas of health and safety, child development, appropriate early childhood practices, as well as other more specific topics and disciplines.

KenCrest  encourages staff’s professional development through tuition assistance. Staff also participate in performance evaluation and career development programs which incorporate classroom observation and regular individual supervision.

Low Staff Turnover

KenCrest experiences extremely low turnover of staff, resulting in a consistent experience for your child and the highest quality of care.
